Its an unusual story, because, according to the timing, the US had almost no field intelligence operations outside the airport and US govt buildings at the time.
Gen McKenzie stated that the Taliban had not been involved in the intelligence that led to the strike. An answer to a question that I don't think he was asked. Never believe anything until its officially denied.
Not sure you can hang this on Biden, but the senior military really need to be investigated around their decisions and behaviour over this withdrawal.

So Biden and his administration hailed a bombing in Afghanistan a success and said they took out a sr level ISIS fighter and stopped an imminent strike.
Turns out they blew up 7 kids and 3 adults.
